We’re Willie and Niall (pronounced ‘Neil’) and we moved to our new home on the Isle of Seil in February 2025. This pic was taken on our first day here from the top of the wee hill behind our house - the smiles say it all!

We both worked in luxury hospitality early on in our careers, before going on to become designers in different fields. We like to think we’ve brought the two worlds together with The Nook. That said, this is still a very new and exciting venture for us.

Being new to the island, we are super keen to explore everything it has to offer, and have been loving all the beautiful walks and hikes, excellent meals at the Tigh an Truish, birdwatching, paddleboarding, and swimming in the sea at Dunearn and stunning quarry pools on Easdale. There’s still so much more to discover…
